"First time at the West Point Pizza Hut. I placed an online order and it was ready when I arrived. The pregnant young lady at the window was sweet and enthusiastic. My pizza was made just like I ordered, with extra cheese and all. It was delicious. I'm impressed with the service and the quality of my pizza. The Starkville pizza hut is far below AVERAGE...cold pizza, I paid for extra cheese and didn't get it and customer service could be better. I must say, the West Point Pizza Hut is on par with the Pizza Hut in Columbus on 45!"

"I originally ordered my food through the Pizza Hut app for delivery. I ordered at 1:38pm and waited up until 2:00pm and my order never showed up. I called Pizza Hut and they said that they were waiting on DoorDash to pick up the orders. I was like “???” I didn’t order DoorDash, but Pizza Hut uses DoorDash to do their deliveries. I wasn’t aware so I had to go pick my order up myself. Before y’all choose delivery, make sure you’re willing to wait on someone to roll out of bed and decide to do DoorDash. Other than that, the food was good & the workers were very nice. (Also I did get my refund for the delivery charge)."

"Pizza from a drive thru? Yes, please! I ordered online and my food was ready in 15 minutes. I ordered a large Meat Lovers Pizza, Chicken Wings and Cinnamon Sticks. When I picked it up, it was fresh and hot. I dealt with Janine who was a joy. This is my absolutely favorite Pizza Hut! Oh, and the food was delicious. Had me praising God! 10/10 recommend"

"I want to take a moment to brag on the store manager on duty Friday, March 1, 2024 at the West Point, MS location. My order was delivered, but it was delivered to the incorrect place by a delivery service used by Pizza Hut. I called the store and the manager was able to get my order replaced, out for delivery adding a drink to my order and giving me store credit for an order in the future. I truly appreciate her customer service and hope that this store never loses her as a manager."
